Share in the divine nature of our Holy Father
My perspective is changing more and more as each day goes by. I am learning to be a partaker in the Fathers divine nature. Today I choose to renounce my deep desires to be responsible for the overall duties and provisions of my life. I am reminded by the Holy Spirit that God in his excellent wisdom has already provided everything I would ever need pertaining to life and Godliness (2 Peter 1:3) Human desire is corrupt without our intellect being purified through the filter of God’s mind. It is his holy and higher ways of thinking that we must learn and submit to. (Isa 55:9)
Why then do we bother to work in our own understanding to take care of these ourselves?
My life is literally at a place where it is obvious my better option is to submit my will and understanding in all areas of life to the higher ways of God. After years of trying to manage my life through learned behaviors and worldly beliefs, I’ve now come to realize that I am incapable of being successful at controlling my life without the leading of the Holy Spirit. It is freeing to my soul to let go of my human desire of wanting control. God has the blueprint to each of our lives and his promises to those details of that blueprint is Yea and Amen! Our Best and graced life of everything we need and desire is already ours.
How then do we obtain this great blessed life?
I’m discovering on this great journey of faith, which faith is my belief; that we must become so un-bothered with the world’s knowledge and understanding in all areas. We must throw away all of what we learned and allow God to reveal to us our new self. Everyone in Christ is a new creation 2Co 5:17, therefore, all have to be taught or retrained on how to live in this present world with our new mindset (Phl 2:5). We are to be un-bothered by anything that is not revealed by the Father to us. Jesus said he could do nothing of himself, he only does what he sees the Father doing. (John 5:19)
I wonder how many of us are absolutely sure that we are living out the details of our life according to Gods blueprint. More importantly, I ask myself am I seeing the Father daily each day of my life, to do as he does? I believe we can see him by choosing to learn his thoughts and ways. We are commanded to seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added to us,(Mathew 6:33) God’s Kingdom is his mind, and his right way of doing things is his righteousness. I have decided to receive everything that is to be added to me in this life! That is my promise from the Father that allows me to share in his divine nature, freeing me of my human desires and leaving me to be at Peace knowing that having him is more than enough.
